Titan Underground, Inc. is a Portland, OR based Construction Company that has over 30 years combined experience and has bored thousands of feet of dirt, solid rock, river and sewer grades, helping to place utilities such as fiber, power, gas, sewer and water from the Northwest to as far East as Virginia. We are currently licensed in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Nevada. Titan Underground, Inc. has experienced in the most difficult drilling conditions from solid rock, large diameter pipe to cobble and rivers bores and do everything in between. Although, we are skilled in all phases of Directional Boring, our expertise is solid rock drilling.
