NAPC Now Offers Live Chat Customer Service

The North America Procurement Council now offers Live Chat Customer Service and User Support at and select portals.

By the end of the week, September 1, Live Chat will be available from the hours of 7 AM Eastern Time to 7 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday and for at least 4 hours mid-day on Saturdays.

The Live Chat system will be extended to additional NAPC portals and will continue to be developed and enhanced to better support the needs of Users.


Each year, the NAPC network reaches millions of users and distributes nearly one million business opportunities with a combined value of more three trillion dollars.
