The North America Procurement Council is a project of Bid Ocean, Inc., purchasing organizations and suppliers to provide a highly effective free and open-access e-procurement platform that will continue to evolve rapidly to meet the needs of buyers and sellers throughout North America.
Participation currently includes mostly organizations in the USA and Canada but any organization in a country considered to be part of North America may participate, including Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago & United States of America.
