Portals Administered by the North America Procurement Council

The North America Procurement Council (NAPC) currently administers 114 geographic and market-specific business portals. These portals feature bids, tenders, requests for proposals (RPF), requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for information and many other types of procurement solicitations. The portals also have free classified ads, supplier directories and other resources. Access to bid data requires registration.
